WHAT IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?

The party cost is for up to 12 kids(+1 BIRTHDAY PARTY CHILD) with any additional kids over the quantity of 12 will be at an additional cost of $10.00 each.  You will have 90 minutes in total in our PRIVATE 8000sqft facility for only you and your guests.  60 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes iin the birthday party room totaling 90 minutes.  You will receive a 12" custom cookie cake made specifically for us by our partners Simply Decadent in Bellbrook, Oh., juice boxes and a party favor cups for each child who attends.  

During the first 60 minutes kids will partake in open gym style activities where we have a tumble trak, in-ground foam pit, large in-ground trampoline, bars, beams, a large custom spring floor and a bounce house.  You can request your host to show your party kids some basic skills before the start after going through the gym rules.  During the last 30 minutes kids will be in our birthday party room where cake and opening presents occur.    

HOW OLD ARE THE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?

We normally hold parties for children ages 1 to 12 years old.  Only childen under the age of 12 are allowed in the gym to participate.  Anyone age 13 and over are NOT ALLOWED in the gym and are NOT ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT.  NO ADULTS ON THE EQUIPMENT.

ARE WE ABLE TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES?

We have discontinued the additional 30 minutes.

WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE?

If you are looking for a specific date, please use our form located at the bottom of this page and send us a message.  We normally book out eight to twelve weeks and are completely full within a five week time frame from today's current date.  Please contact us sooner than later if you are seeking a birthday party reservation as we only have so my slots available each weekend. If we do have availability, we will send an email with the date and time of the party and will place a 24 hour hold on the date and time we provided.

WHAT AGES ARE AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPATE?

ONLY CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER are allowed to participate in the open gym.  We understand there might be immediate siblings (live in the household) who will come to the party and this will be determined on a case by case basis.  NO ADULTS ON THE EQUIPMENT.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUR OWN FOOD?

You are allowed to bring light finger snacks, meat, cheese or veggie trays.  Pretzels and chips, etc.  Finger foods, but not crock-pot buffet style.  We do offer pizza at AN ADDITIONAL COST.  We are contracted with Dominos and do not use any other pizza companies.  NO OUTSIDE PIZZAS BROUGHT IN.  We only order cheese or pepperoni.  All pizzas are double sliced to reduce the amount of waste.  Each pizza has 16 half slices.  This will be asked during the confirmation email the week of the party.  NO SMASH CAKES!!

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUR OWN DRINKS?

We do ask you purchase the drinks from our refridgerated drink cooler.  We have nine different sodas, water and juice boxes.  NO OUTSIDE DRINKS.  This will be cashed out at the end of the party when you pay the second half of your deposit balance.

WHAT PAPER PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED?

We do provide plates and napkins. If you are bringing additional finger foods or your own cake, please plan to bring your own utinsels.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING BALLOONS OR DECORATIONS?

You are allowed to bring your own balloons and decorations.  We do ask NO CONFETTI and NO GLITTER.  Please do not remove/move our gym decorations as we have different themes based on our sessions for classes.  Our birthday party room has decorations, but if you have a specific theme, you are more than welcome to bring them in to supplement what we already have.  PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY OF OUR GYM DECORATIONS.

HOW EARLY ARE WE ALLOWED TO COME BEFORE THE PARTY?

We ask you do not show up more than 10 minutes before your party time as our staff will be getting your room ready for you.  Please be courteous of this time frame as we host multiple parties each Saturday.  Your party will promptly begin and end at the time frame provided so our host can clean and prepare the gym for the following party.  Thank you for this courtesy.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION CALL/EMAIL FOR THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?

We will contact you by Thursday evening the week of the birthday party to determine the headcount and if you would like to add pizzas to your order (additional cost and not included in the party package as seen above).  We will be more than glad to answer any questions you have at that time.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKET?

You will normally receive it a few days after you book the birthday party AND pay the deposit to secure your spot.  If you have not received your packet please send us a message so we can get you a copy of the information to help provide more information about the upcoming party.

DO WE HAVE TO PROVIDE A WAIVER FOR EACH KID INVITED TO THE PARTY?

You do not have to provide a waiver for each child even though we include an invitation with waiver information in your party packet, we will have a generic party waiver at the desk each parent/guardian can sign upon arrival to our gym.

IS THERE A MILITARY DISCOUNT FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

At this time there is No Military Discount for birthday parties.  We do offer Military discounts for registration fees when enrolling into classes for the calendar year.
